Ulster way to Leitrim lodge , up Devlin’s lane and then up the hen track, pausing only to dodge an avalanche of Duke of Edinburgers.

Back down the hentrack , it’s very washed out but a nice trail developing at the edge.
Back into Devlin’s lane up a brutal concrete lane ( thanks Liz) but worth it for the amazing blackberries.
Back into Leitrim lodge and for a change we tried the old route across the landslide. Pretty iffy and fair bit of portage !
Home over red bog with 700+ m , not quite up to Mr Powers standards but there u go.
Not much MTB this year and it’s getting near SMS time. Probably October.
