A late brian Scullion caused a route diversion to the kennels to meet him. Doc L had kindly lent him an “oven ready “ wheel after recent freewheel failure. He had used his trusty lump hammer to install said wheel and set off to our rendezvous only to note the absence of rear brakes……. Literally. There was no rotor! So back to the shed lump hammer out and rotor on.
Back on track up the green road , top Burma( where we picked up Cathal) and dropping down to low Burma at end of pausing only to chat to EddiO and friends.

Then along the wall and up Sallys to post.

Reverse post over to the booster. Here we lost the retired gardener/dentist and our legal eagle , very poor excuses although the gardener might get a bye if he follows through on dublin ride Monday …
Over to Knockshee after a small diversion

Then towards bath when I had the brainwave to visit old territory… the gully. ….FANTASTIC

Then up along the river , The Prof was at this stage wondering what he had signed up for. Very tricky up to Fallow corner and home from there. Paul Stewart flyin here.

Great spin. Just a pity to lose the gardener and the legal eagle.
Doc Lewis away on some mad brevet search. All very quiet on the 💯 front since his Camino.
