The first restaurant was empty so we excused ourselves and found an Italian with four people in it. By the time we were leaving at 10:30 it was full and people still arriving! Entertained by choir practice in neighbouring building. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apartment turned out great and we left a bit later today after a cafe con leche<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"576\" height=\"1024\" src=\"https:\/\/notthesundayrun.com\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/5fd335f9-005c-4bb5-900f-574c97d415bc-576x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4827\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Compulsory caffeine <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Quickly on a cycle path out of town. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our penance was a stiff headwind all day. I would say Commodore Harty might have put a reef in the main. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex parts on roads with no path and a big section today was on a very busy main road with no path. Saw three or four walkers and two cyclists coming the other way. Primal tracking said it was a must see, for a while there today they were nearly removed from our preferred provider list \ud83d\ude09.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eventually got into apartment after struggling with two electronic locks but can\u2019t complain at \u00a358 the night. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Planning for tomorrow will depend on weather and legs. Nearly 11 days on the trot now counting Girona 800 odd km and 8000m climbing . Two options, Pamplona or Vitoria Gastiez. \ud83e\uddd0not sure. I might consult the guru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">BOG = 0 still !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ASS = a solid 2 today <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">MDT \ud83d\udea6 now settled to green but a fair bit of activity today in the amber zone along the motorway. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It\u2019s supposed to be about the journey and not the destination but as days slip by it\u2019s harder not to focus on the end.
