{"id":3911,"date":"2026-03-29T15:46:43","date_gmt":"2026-03-29T15:46:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/notthesundayrun.com\/wp\/?p=3911"},"modified":"2026-03-29T16:00:09","modified_gmt":"2026-03-29T16:00:09","slug":"lanzaventura-day-11-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/notthesundayrun.com\/wp\/?p=3911","title":{"rendered":"Lanzaventura day 12"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>On La Graciosa, this time instead of rain and a howling gale we only had the howling gale which was much more pleasant. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Graciosa,_Canary_Islands\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">GRACIOSA<\/a> is a small island off the north coast of Lanzarote. I\u2019ve put the wiki link for anyone interested. There are no paved roads on the island and only one small town Caleta de Sebo and one other very small group of houses about 3 km north . A lot of the island is a nature reserve and bikes are banned on a lot of trails. Still we managed to get 35km out of it , not bad for a rest day. Lovely breakfast in local cafe , cooking in tonight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex Supposedly the best beach on the island.
