After months of gravel training for the GG it was a relief to get the MTB out again , in fact it was a relief to find it in the shed after so long with air in the tyres. The call had gone out to the faithful and only true believers turned up . Scullion , Stewart , Barry , Lix and COC . It was nearly as cold as the canaries so an abbreviated loop of sallys yard , down towards the new trails to Fallow ( staying inside fence ..very nice) , trails to red bog and a swift ( thankfully not Zwift) pace around the trails to home . avoided the rain . Hopefully road spin tomorrow as we get Mallorca training underway . <\/p>\n\n\n\n
